i am three weeks pregnant and i have sharp abdominal pains that goes all the way down to me vagina. is the pain normal at my stage?

Could be miscarria: If the pain is persisting, you should contact your Gynecologist or if you do not have one, go to a hospital ER. This can be something serious such as spontaneous miscarriage or Tubal pregnancy. Either diagnosis require urgent medical evaluation and treatment. Good luck. No: This is normal when the baby's head engages. Mild contractions are also normal. These are not related to labor.
