Could be miscarria: If the pain is persisting, you should contact your Gynecologist or if you do not have one, go to a hospital ER. This can be something serious such as spontaneous miscarriage or Tubal pregnancy. Either diagnosis require urgent medical evaluation and treatment. Good luck.
