Multiple traumas: Tanning can raise Vitamin D3 level and that may be why you like to tan. Please ask your doctor to do a lab test and if your D is not between 50 and 80 ask him/her about taking a D3 supplement. Please continue to see doc for your injuries and keep optimistic. Peace and good health. Caveat: Tanning beds can become addictive.
