Hard to say: The defect itself varies from patient to patient. It involves a region separate from your womb. In most, the repair & healing should leave the structures needed for pregnancy alone & functional. It should not impair fertility, but your ability to safely carry a pregnancy involves many factors. You should meet with an OBGYN and discuss your history & questions. That would allow a better answer.
