Nothing: The diet outlines good and bad habits:
good daily habits
-eat a healthy breakfast
-eat four servings of vegetables and three of fruits
-eat whole grains
-eat healthy fats
-exercise thirty minutes
bad habits
-added sugar
-snacks other than fruits and vegetables
-overlarge servings of meat or dairy products
-eating restaurant meals that don't follow the diet
-watching television while eating.
