I appear to have low testosterone. i still have low muscle tone and male breasts. i've been gyming since 2007 but have seen no results. what can i do.

Testosterone: Have you had a lab test from your doctor to diagnose low T? If not, that is the first step. He/she can measure other hormones as well. They all work together and you need to know what is happening so that it can be treated. Please see your doctor. Peace and good health.
