That fasting one: That random blood glucose is in the reference range, so by itself has no particular meaning. That fasting blood glucose is above the reference range, so suggests high blood sugar. Depending on the circumstances, high blood sugar can mean pre-diabetes or diabetes, or some other problem. One's primary care doctor can easily figure things out and give some healthy recommendations.
