That's easy: A woman planning to avoid vaginal period bleeding for a specified time on the calendar just needs to talk with her primary doctor or Ob-Gyn doctor to start birth control pills on a certain date that will let her have her withdrawal periods before and after the weeks she wants to avoid vaginal bleeding. See doctor 3 months beforehand. Works most of the time. Sometimes, she will have some spotting.
