i recently had my tongue pierced and it’s a yellowish colour with a whitish/yellowish ring surrounding the piercing can you tell me what this is?

Most likely this is: an infection. Potentially it could be a vascular injury that is compromising the blood flow to the area around the piercing. Whatever it is is not good. You need to see a licensed health care provider for evaluation as soon as possible before you have more serious complications.
