I have lots of symptoms bolting abdomen.whats test need first to rule out colon problem.is colon cancer possible without bledding.no anemia.But pain in upper abdomen.us normal.Got fecaloma use laxative.but still problem in stomach.pls help?

Please see MD : This is not something we can answer via telemedicine. Colon cancer would be very unlikely at you age, but there are other serious causes for your symptoms.
