gas pains, nausea, and yellow to dark yellow lightbrown diarrhea. scared, anxiety causing scary scenarios in my head. is yellow bad?something serious?

Don't fret get help: It sounds very much like you have gallstones and possibly even some complications from that. If you have fever, vomiting, jaundice (skin turning yellow) or abdominal pain (possibly radiating into your back) go to the Emergency Room right now. If not you still need to see your doctor and you need an abdominal ultrasound which is the best way to evaluate the gallbladder. You'll be OK.
