Did you ask MD why?: Did you ask your OB MD why he/she wanted to induce your fetus now? New controlled data studies have now shown that the ideal time of delivery is 38 to 39 weeks for a healthy infant. Do talk with your OB MD soon and develop a mutual trust for a conjoined decision regarding your pregnancy.
