Not the best idea: Food choices are not the key to health. There are plenty of trivial effects and junk-science studies. Chocolate tastes really good and has little nutrition and it'll tend to make you fat and is rough on your teeth. If you hit the gym and trim down, you'll impact your overall cardiovascular health much more, and make some quality friends in the process. Best wishes.

Diet and exercise: Agree with Dr. Friedlander.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
