Very accurate: In real life, protected sexual intercourse and unprotected oral sex are low risk for HIV transmission, so the expected test result would be negative. If having more than one sex partner, a person can follow his primary care doctor's advice on routine screening... which may be annual screening (or more, or less) for STD's at his annual preventive care exam, if there is ongoing sexual activity.
