Thyroid problem? : A likely suspect would be a thyroid problem, probably you should get TSH & thyroid evaluation. If there is a family history of mood disorder or depression, a psychiatric evaluation with a trial of antidepressant & low dose anti- psychotic medication might be indicated. FJP MD

Anxiety and ocd: First you need to know that wellbutrin (bupropion) is not effective in OCD and may actually make it worse shown in a study by vulink nc in 2005. Second please know that 30 %of all patients with OCD show insufficient improvement with state-of-the-art treatment. So before proceeding with treatment please have a test done by assurerx to determine genetically if his metabolism responds to the medications.

Many possiblities: This could be pneumonia, asthma, bronchiolitis, allergic rhinitis with postnasal drip, gastroesophageal reflux with or without aspiration, a virus, a bacteria, an irritation. The best advise i can give based on your description is to go see your pediatrician asap.
