See your Dr: Headaches can have many different causes from sinusitis, poor eyesight, hypertension, neck muscle tension, anaemia, hypotension.
The rest of your symptoms sounds like sinusitis. An X-ray can confirm this

Sinusitis: Hello, it sounds like there may be an allergic component to the nasal inflammation. I would recommend following your doctor’s orders. Not knowing what you are taking limits our suggestions. Options would include saline nasal wash followed with an intranasal steroid, a decongestant, anti inflammatory like Motrin and possibly even an antihistamine.
