White skin spots: John, I suggest you have these spots evaluated by a dermatologist if possible, or your family doctor. These could be due to sun damage, or previous inflammation or trauma, or be a sign of vitiligo. There is no way that I am able to make an accurate diagnosis in this venue....I am sorry.
