No: Hardening of arteries happens over time - in other words one is born with clean arteries and plaguing begins to build up at age 10 and progresses depending on ones lifestyle and/or toxic habits (high saturated fat foods, nicotine , high sweetened processed foods etc). So for 37, not knowing your specific fam history or whether u are diabetic etc, your numbers are acceptable. Keep HDL >60; LDL<130
