Low inr of 1.09. lab says 2-3 is normal. high protein and albumin levels. only bp meds. should i be concerned?

Normal: Unless you are on Coumadin or Warfarin, your INR is normal. For patients on anticoagulants usually the goal is in the range of 2-3.
