baby temperature is 37.5 degree, her last reading dropped to 37.4 degrees. when should i take her to hospital to be checked by dr?

Temps are normal.: What you have described in your question are normal body temperatures. However, I do not know the clinical circumstances surrounding your question. Regardless of the body temperature, if your baby is sick that he or she should be evaluated by a pediatrician, in an ED or Office.
