Mgt.: A virtual consultation may be helpful to you and your PCP. I would suggest a complete evaluation for sources of possible infection, including secondary bacterial infections. Please discuss having a complete blood count, with differential, CRP and ESR along with Blood cultures while appearing ill.
Other considerations include a urinalysis and urine culture. Has she been screened for TB?
