Infertility: Testicles are outside of body temperature b/c 98.6 degrees can inhibit sperm activity. This is not related to the type of underwear you have. If you can feel two testes in the scrotum, you are probably producing active sperm, but if you are attempting pregnancy with your partner, and it is taking a long time, see your healthcare provider and get a semen analysis.
