No Vitamins: No particular vitamin is recommend for treatment for pcos. General healthy diet and 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables, avoiding high calorie beverages and food and weight loss are recommended. I general multivitamin can be taking however if one can not get a variety of fruits and vegetables in daily.
