Dear Doc, please advice, can pneumonia be misdiagnosed for Asthma or even COPD? Because they all have similar symptoms.

No, : Pneumonia is a fewer sickness. Patient is ill. Asthma is airways obstruction and no fewer,mostly. COPD is mostly smokers or ex smokers,adults.
