Sorry: no shortcuts here except possibly a social medical/dental clinic that will treat you for free ( doubtful )- but worth trying. Use Aleve or Advil for pain if not allergic; however, even if you have to borrow money, get examined to rule out a bacterial infection of orl abscess.
