Hi doctor. since 2016 have been trying lose weight and gain little muscles. i was weighin 110 now im 96. how can i loose fast and which food its good?

Weight Loss: Please see your doctor to make sure any food plan you choose will be healthy for you. Ask him/her about a low carb/higher protein food plan. It can put your body into ketosis wherein your body burns fat rather than sugar for fuel. You can eat lots of good fat such as coconut oil and olive oil which will help prevent craving.
