i have thrust on my tongue and there is a bitter taste in my mouth.can i goggle my mouth with warm salt water?please advise.

You can: if this soothes you but may not do much for the thrush. You may even try brushing your tongue. If the problem persists, you may need a topical antifungal. Assume that you don't have diabetes or impaired immune system.
