my 16 month son is teething and running 38.2 degree celcius. he has been sleeping for the last 2 hours. is this temperature normal?

No: No elevated temperature is "normal." Suggest evaluation by your Pediatric Medical Specialist. Also recommend that all children have their 1st dental examination by their 1st birthday, preferably by a Pediatric Dental Specialist.
