Musculoskeletal Pain: It is probably musculoskeleal pain may be related to how you sleep. But we don't have enough information as to how long this is going on and what happens to the pain during the day.You age and any other smptoms associated with it.You can try over the counter pain meds and if it persists consult your doctor

AM burning: These symptoms are seen in polymyalgia rheumatica A rheumatologist is best qualified to evaluate and treat you if your symptoms persist. Appropriate tests will be done in order to make a diagnosis. In the meantime you could try taking a course of anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve for several days to see if symptoms resolve.

Many things: A bump must be seen and examined in person to be able to give a better idea what it is or isn't. If it's worse, changes, or not improved in the next few weeks, go ahead to a doctur.

A 34-year-old member asked:
Is it impossible to break a titanium plate in your arm?

Dr. Joel McClurganswered

No: Plates and screws, and rods, and wires will all eventually break if bones don't heal regardless of what metal they are made of. Just like a wire coat hanger will break if you bend it back and forth enough times. Without bone healing the metal fatigues and fails if it gets enough cycles on it. If the bone is healed the chances of fatigue failure are basically zero.

Help help I was just stung three times by hornets on the arm what should I do I already applied ice and I dont?

Calm down: If you are using ice, great! elevate the extremity above the level of the heart. This will help with swelling. He you are not having difficulty with breathing (wheezing or trouble getting breath) are not feel as though you are going to pass out, not having hives or other major symptoms and not known to be allergic to stings, then relax. Take some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and observe. Otherwise see md or 911.
