my three year old son has had a fever for the last two nights. his head is the only part of his body that gets hot. he also has a wet cough and says that his body is sore. is this just flu or should i be more concerned?

Plan: You definitely should be concern. High fever with wet cough, and bodyache required the doctor evaluation ASAP. It's possible that your 3 year old son has bronchitis, or even pneumonia and need antibiotic. Please, go to the doctor.
