Concussion : When you had a fall, it's likely that you traumatized your brain. A normal CT scan does not rule out a concussion. Common symptoms are dizziness, headaches, poor balance, difficulty with thinking and memory and etc. You may require a formal neurological evaluation to make this diagnosis and initiate treatment. Alternatively there could be other neurological concerns such as a masked seizure.
