had car accident in2008which fractured my tibia and fibula. when doing squats theres a constant pop sound from my knee. its not painful. im worried?

See ortho or PMR doc: You are correct to be concerned. Post traumatic arthritis can be the problem and should be examined. Taking precautions now will prolong the life of the knee joint.
