Hey doc, i woke up this morning with swollen legs, its red above the foot almost 50 % up towards the knee. it is not all over just certain spots. when you press down it hurts. i feel strange and displaced. not dizzy or drunk. blood sugar 5 & 122/82?

Red swollen legs: You ask about sudden onset red swollen lower legs. This sound very likely to be cellulitis. Especially urgent to treat if you are a diabetic patient. People who retain water with swollen legs are more prone. Further attacks can be prevented if swollen legs are prevented. Treatment would be with antibiotics. Most frequent germs: streptococcus or staphylococcus.
