Cause unknown: GA is inflammatory lesions of unknown etiology that occasionally itch. usually responds to steroid creams. If not responding, might see Dermatologist to get bx to confirm

No: Cortisone shots or oral Dapsone may help. For localized lesions dilute kenalog (triamcinolone) 3-4 mg is appropriate to flatten lesions.
