i have chest pain on my right side of my body. everytime i want to stretch my body, i feel the pain most of the time. what does this mean? is it possible that i may have heart attack or otherwise?

Chest pain R side: The way you describe your symptoms do not impress me as heart related. Could be what we call chostochondritis-see a local physician in order to get an appropriate assessment. Good luck!
