i'm not pregnant but feeling nausea around the clock & feel full right after a few bites. tried double dose ppi, no help. persistent weight loss, hair loss, dizziness, low bp (~90/60), high rhr(~110bpm), low grade fever, fatigue... is this gastritis?

Poor diet: I would expect that you consume sugar in all its forms. If so, you have vitamin B deficiency
