A 29-year-old female asked:

october 26th i had two molars removed. #13 and #30. #30 had to be sawed. today i'm still having slight pain, noticed a bad taste and a milky white cover over the extraction. #29 next to it is very sore too. is this normal?

Sounds Normal: What you describe indicates a normal post operative course for a surgical extraction. If the pain becomes so bad that OTC pain pills don't work you should call the treating dentist right away.

Surgery: You just had surgery. Healing takes time. Should be a little better every day. If you have questions call your surgeon and schedule a post-surgical reevaluation. Important to call your Dentist to make arrangements for replacing missing teeth before other teeth shift. BTW #13 is a premolar, #30 is a molar.
