please may i have some advice on improving my concentration and focus. it has always been an issue with them and nothing i have tried has helped.

Focus issues: See your primary doctor. You may have attention deficit disorder. With medication this disorder is easily treated. The social stigma of the disorder is not as prevalent now as more is being known about the disease. Hope this helps. Feel better!

You might: ask your PCP (primary Care Provider) about a referral to a psychologist who is familiar with CBT (COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY) Hope this is helpful Dr Z
