itchy eyes nose throat tongue cough developing. feels allergenic. can’t identify trigger though. antihistamines not helping. 2 days. should i worry?

See a: doctor. Antihistamine do offer some relieve for allergic conditions. Seeing a physician may help establish the diagnosis and if due to allergies he may add steroids

U could try Zyrtec, (cetirizine): or Allegra.I wouldn't use Claritin.If it's at night and u want to sleep,use Benadryl (diphenhydramine).
