AC joint pain: Acromioclavicular joint pain (ac pain) is most commonly due to one of two things. In the younger group it is often associated with weight lifting (bench press) and an associated condition called distal clavicle osteolysis. It is also possible that it is ac joint osteoarthritis, but this is more common in patients older than yourself.
