No: If I recall, you simply have a couple of intrauterine masses without even a tissue diagnosis. You are at significant risk for one or more being cancer. If there are still people in the world who actually think there is an herb that will make tumors just detach themselves, I hope you are not one of them. Peace and health.

No: The usually will resolve by them self. You only worry about them if you are at risk of having uterine cancer or they become symptomatic or very big
