gp mentioned there are many types of medications for migraine aura without the headache that do not come with side effects .what would be the best medications in this case with aura without headache be.?could they also work in time before the aura?

Not aware: I am not aware of a medication without side effects. The best drug would be one which works without causing noticeable side effects. Migraines tend to be triggered by irregular sleeping and eating habits as well as stress. Consider trying biofeedback and/or relaxation exercises. In female, hormone changes often trigger migraine.
