i know you not suppose to eat then go to sleep bec if i on a low calorie diet is it ok i was go eat my oatmeal if it included in low calorie diet ?

Eat at night.: Regardless of food type and diet regimen, it’s not recommended generally to eat within four hours of going to bed. Oatmeal or otherwise. Your adding calories to your body when your metabolism is the slowest.
