It depends: There is no "best remedy" for stress -- it depends on what the "stress" is, and how it affects you. Many people find practices such as meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, walks in nature, gardening, etc to be helpful. Biofeedback may be useful also. For more individualized assessment & help, you can also consider exploring your stress with a psychiatrist or psychologist.
