hi!! i have a little dry patch on my eyelid and it hasn't gone away in about a week, i've had it before and it's gone away pretty quick.

If just a dry patch I would try lubrication first. If recurrent it could be a low grade skin infection which could be treated with an ointment such as erythromycin or tobradex.
