Not healthy: If you have all these symptoms , you are not healthy. The elevated ANA suggests that you are more likely to suffer from an autoimmune disorder but is not diagnostic per se. I would like to see a CH50 level instead of just C3 or C4. Recommend that you consult a rheumatologist who will likely order confirmatory tests.

Breathe...: First; try to expel the water; as long as you have no difficulty breathing you should be fine. You may want to drink a cup of warm/hot tea with some honey in it; or a lozenge to soothe your throat...But other than that you should be fine. If there is any doubt in your mind that you are not well then by all means call your doctor and get checked out, or visit your local emergency room.

No smoking: Oral contraceptives can be associated with blood clots in the lungs (dvts) or lungs (pulmonary embolisms) and one of the bigger risk factors is smoking, especially over the age of 35. I am not aware of studies that show Aspirin (asa) decreases the risk of blood clots while on oral contraceptives.

Possibly...: Your symptoms may be indicative of bronchitis, either bacterial, viral or even allergic etiology. In order to be sure, you should see your doctor. If you have a bacterial infection, antibiotics may be needed. For viral or allergic etiologies, therapy depends on the precise signs and symptoms present !

Orthotics: Assuming you already have supportive shoes that fit properly, you will benefit from custom orthotics. These devices fit into shoes and are made to properly support your feet. The type of orthotic is dependent on your foot structure, activity and weight. Consult with a podiatrist.
