avg weight but im dieting bec i have a big belly+fat thighs.what foods to eliminate to reduce fat in these areas?no exercise im a med student no time.

Well - here is the : thing. Losing weight can not target fat loss in specific parts of the body. In other words - you might lose from areas that weren't intended & may or may not lose from target areas. If you are a healthy weight - losing weight might not be in your best interest. Congratulations - a med student at 20 ! You are doing well. (:
