Less likely,: Less likely since he had it after a trauma, it. Seems he has hematoma/blood collection, if it is getting bigger or does not resolve in few weeks take him to see a doctor.

Very Unlikely.: That sounds like a trauma resulting in a collection of blood (hematoma). It should resolve on its own, but if it doesn't then see a doctor. If a mole was there first (before trauma), however, and it just started bleeding, that is more concerning and should be examined.
