hit hand hard against wall few days ago today very swollen throbbing sharp pain red bruised. should i get xrays? can u actually break wrist that way. hurts to move fingers or wrist and shakes when do or put pressure. cant make fist

Possible Fracture: It is quite possible to fracture your hand that way. It is best to get it assessed by your GP, and you may need Xrays. At least that will give you and idea as to how long it will take to heal.
