Bleeding: No way for us to tell, over the computer, where you are bleeding, how much, or if there is a problem. The person that knows you best is your Dentist. If you have concerns, please return to him/her for reevaluation. Bleeding two weeks after a surgical procedure should be reevaluated. Call your Dentist.

Bleeding from?: I'm not sure either. Unlikely bleeding is related to Root Canal Therapy. Surgical area of extracted wisdom tooth is probably not fully healed and brushing might cause some irritation to the wound site and some bleeding. This happens often until healing is complete. However, bleeding could also be from another area, perhaps with gingival inflammation. Only a dentist who actually examines you knows
