is having a stomach bug at 18 weeks pregnant dangerous for my baby? i feel awful.

Stomach bug: I am so sorry you have gotten this while pregnant. However, rest assured, you should be fine. Your body will clear the virus itself. If you develop fever or blood in the stool, you should see your physician however.
